Mr. Tempkin’s late father Alan Tempkin, M.D. was a well known Sacramento physician who treated and tirelessly advocated for injured workers and disabled individuals. Mr. Tempkin demonstrates the same tenacity and cutting edge advocacy in representing injured workers.
