David Belden has been with the firm for 11 years. Mr. Belden is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation. Mr. Belden earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1973 and his juris doctor degree from McGeorge School of Law of the University of the Pacific in 1978.
In addition to Workers’ Compensation litigation including cases in the Courts of Appeal of the State of California, Mr. Belden also has an active practice along with Ms. Brown and Mr. Fraulob in representing disabled individuals seeking benefits under Social Security Disability claims.
